This form should be used to get permission to hold any event that is not part of the Colleges Events annual calendar. Please submit this at least two weeks prior to your event date.

This is either a member of the Student Executive or a Staff Member
This is the name of the staff member responsible for overseeing the event. This could be the same as the Event Organiser.
Describe the purpose of the event, the location within college and who the event is for.
Event organiser must speak to a member of the finance team in order to setup a QR code to allow donations to be made (fundraising for the event).
